Insurance & Payment

Most insurance plans do not currently cover IV ketamine for psychiatric or pain conditions, as it is considered off-label use. We can provide a superbill (detailed receipt with medical codes) that you can submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

HSA and FSA accounts can typically be used for ketamine therapy. Check with your plan administrator to confirm eligibility.

We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Financing options are available for the initial treatment series. Ask us about payment plans during your consultation.
